Data Analyst (Power BI)

Location: US Remote; Nationwide Remote Office (US99)

Salary: $61,232.00–$104,094.00 annually

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients and hirify.global teams to define reporting and data analytics requirements.
• Build custom data analytics solutions, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Maintain data integrity, investigate discrepancies, and improve report quality.
• Define, document, and lead implementation of business processes and software requirements.
• Share knowledge through documentation and presentations during team meetings.
• Support scoping, local team deployments, trainings, and client presentations; occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a business or data analyst role using advanced Excel skills.
• At least 2 years of experience with data visualization technologies such as Power BI, including reports and dashboards.
• Ability to define, document, and lead business process and software requirements for technology initiatives.
• Experience with SharePoint, JIRA, or similar software tools.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States for the US remote position.

• Experience producing regular reporting deliverables for varied audiences.
• Experience with data-driven storytelling and advanced data visualization techniques.
