Founding Service Delivery Manager (Sustainability Software)

Location: Office-based 4 days per week where hirify.global has an office; certain roles may be remote, but this role is not specifically identified as remote. Offices are located in San Francisco, New York, Denver, London, Paris, Berlin, Sydney, and Mexico City.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of Data Ingestion service packages, from kickoff and scoping through completion and handoff.
• Lead discovery of customer data sources, formats, owners, and quality constraints.
• Build project plans, align timelines, sequence dependencies, and manage delivery milestones.
• Track quoted service hours, forecast usage, manage scope changes, and protect project budgets.
• Identify data, quality, and timeline risks; develop mitigation plans and drive timely escalations.
• Collaborate with customers, external partners, Data Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and Sustainability Data Advisors.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience delivering client services in B2B software or consulting.
• Experience directly owning client relationships and solving customer problems.
• Strong organization skills with rigorous control of scope, timelines, and project artifacts.
• Proactive risk identification and structured problem-solving with clear options and tradeoffs.
• Ability to learn quickly, work through ambiguity, and operate efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Willingness to work from an office 4 days per week where an office is available.
