Manager, Delivery Solutions Architects - Financial Services

Location: Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C.

Salary: $197,100–$270,975 USD annually

What you will do

• Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Delivery Solution Architects.
• Set technical strategy and manage capacity planning and investment forecasting across the Financial Services portfolio.
• Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Systems Integrator partners to move customer use cases from kickoff to production.
• Drive measurable outcomes including use-case throughput, time to production, consumption growth, and renewal rates.
• Build operating systems, cadences, and playbooks that scale the DSA practice.
• Advise selected customers and their C-suite stakeholders as a hands-on technical sponsor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing a customer-facing technical team such as DSAs, Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers, or Customer Success Engineers.
• Demonstrated leadership of pre-sales or post-sales technical professionals.
• Experience delivering data and AI workloads into production at scale.
• Knowledge of data and AI use cases and business problems in financial services, preferably banking, capital markets, insurance, or asset management.
• Track record of exceeding quota, goals, or similar objective targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience; willingness to travel up to 30%.
