Senior Product Manager - Analytics

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid setup with at least 2 days from the office

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year evolution of hirify.global Analytics, including embedded reporting, self-serve analytics, and Data-as-a-Service.
• Own the Analytics strategy and provide end-to-end product direction for a cross-functional team.
• Align executive leadership, commercial teams, and product peers around an ROI-driven roadmap.
• Balance customer feature requests with internal operational data assets and business priorities.
• Identify and validate market requirements across global industry verticals to support product adoption and commercial growth.
• Use AI and LLM tools to improve product discovery, documentation, and daily product workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with complex SaaS products from discovery through scale.
• Experience owning data products, analytics suites, data pipelines, Data-as-a-Service, or data APIs.
• Ability to establish product frameworks, create structured roadmaps, and work effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
• Hands-on experience using LLM tools in product management processes.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup from the London office at least 2 days per week.
