What you will do

• Conduct welcome presentations for new employees on their first day.
• Partner with managers on day-to-day people-related matters.
• Conduct performance reviews and 1-1 meetings.
• Track and complete the adaptation process for new employees.
• Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing development.
• Keep HR processes, follow-ups, and documentation organized and up to date.

Requirements

• Junior-level HR Business Partner profile.
• Ability to support onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, and employee development processes.
• Ability to work closely with managers and coordinate people-related tasks.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
