What you will do

• Build and lead the Partner Growth function, including its strategy, processes, team structure, and operational workflows.
• Develop scalable growth strategies for partners, creators, and agencies across international markets.
• Build lead-generation pipelines and scale partner and creator acquisition channels.
• Launch and optimize outbound partnership initiatives and creator acquisition strategies.
• Own partner performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations to launch growth initiatives and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience combining strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-growing environment.
• Ability to build new functions, systems, processes, and operational workflows from the ground up.
• Experience with partnerships, creator or agency acquisition, and international growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, including analyzing large-scale performance data and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Ability to lead experimentation through A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
