Associate Network Management Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Remote anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii. Travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays, is required.

Base pay: $47,500–$86,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Support provider recruitment and contracting activities to maintain strategic coverage for assigned territories.
• Conduct small- to mid-size contract negotiations with physicians and physician groups.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
• Support complex hospital and physician contracting activities.
• Build knowledge of healthcare products, contracting language, and negotiation practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of managed care operations experience involving independent work.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, planning, and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays.
• Work authorization sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management.
• Advanced experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, claims data, and market trends.
