Network Operations Coordinator 4 (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $53,100–$72,500 per year.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain provider contract data and demographic information for assigned provider groups.
• Perform provider roster audits and resolve provider data loading issues.
• Act as a customer service liaison for provider network operations.
• Manage assigned operational projects and complete work independently with minimal direction.
• Apply established procedures, critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with providers, payors, healthcare facilities, or in another healthcare setting.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States and maintain a dedicated workspace protecting member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Experience with APEX, PMDM, PAAG, or CRM systems.
• Provider contract interpretation experience.
• Previous account management or project management experience.
• Knowledge of medical claims.
