Early Careers - Developer Intern (Healthcare)

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with a minimum of three office days per week

Base pay: $19.13–$34.17 per hour

What you will do

• Participate in a formal ten-week internship supporting business objectives and member-focused healthcare solutions.
• Own assigned project components and deliverables with guidance from a mentor and manager.
• Research, analyze data and information, and develop recommendations for business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams on departmental initiatives.
• Present the internship project, results, and recommendations to department leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, corporate integrity, diversity, and other applicable policies.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree as a rising senior in computer science, information technology, information systems, or another considered major.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Available for the full ten-week internship program.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, initiative, and continuous-learning skills.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, MVC, CSS, Angular, React, Spring Boot, GitHub, or data analytics; exposure to Hadoop, Pig, Talend, Copilot, or similar tools.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
