Quality Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States; travel to supplier factories as required.

What you will do

• Navigate and sort purchase orders according to quality risk criteria.
• Verify and document the quality of products and raw components before shipment.
• Coordinate supplier schedules, quality concerns, on-site audits, checklists, and third-party auditors.
• Analyze audit reports and determine product shipment status.
• Document critical issues, provide production materials and instructions, and facilitate corrective action reports.
• Travel to supplier factories to observe and document production and quality processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong decision-making, negotiation, influencing, analytical, and data analysis skills.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, accountability, initiative, integrity, and maturity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including planning and implementing complex processes or projects.
