Salary: $53,500–$80,100 annual base salary, bonus eligible

What you will do

  • Support quality assurance and quality control activities in a production or operations environment.
  • Contain, isolate, handle, and process nonconforming products.
  • Collect, enter, and evaluate nonconformance data using software tools.
  • Perform inspections, rework, documentation, and other quality-related activities.
  • Work with engineers on setup, calibration, experiments, and accurate recording of results.
  • Raise quality concerns and collaborate with engineering and operations personnel to meet deadlines and procedures.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in quality, manufacturing, laboratory work, or technical support.
  • Experience containing and isolating nonconforming products.
  • Understanding of quality assurance concepts and production or operations procedures.
  • Basic skills in collecting, entering, and evaluating data with software tools.
  • High school diploma, H.S./GED, or associate degree, depending on the job family and role requirements.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, reliability, and effective communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.
  • Willingness to learn from experienced technicians and engineers.
