Consultant, Commercial Strategy (Life Sciences)

Location: Waltham, MA, United States — Headquarters; work with the London Commercial Strategy team.

Salary: $118,000–$177,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis of primary and secondary data.
• Generate insights and recommendations for commercial strategy projects.
• Coordinate and guide project workstreams while partnering with project managers and leadership.
• Create and present research materials, interim deliverables, and final client reports.
• Train and mentor junior staff across project teams and internal programs.
• Develop expertise in one or two functional or therapeutic areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of life sciences consulting experience, or an MBA/PhD in a relevant life sciences field.
• Experience in at least one of pharmaceuticals, biotech, medtech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
