Senior Consultant (Life Sciences)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; office-based role. Eligible for hire in select U.S. locations only.

Base salary: $155,000–$171,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead secondary research, secondary data analysis, and primary research with key opinion leaders and insurance payers.
• Synthesize research findings into logical, client-ready recommendations.
• Run workstreams and complete projects while managing client communication and deliverable deadlines.
• Present findings to clients and support business development opportunities.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and other client communications.
• Train junior staff, guide professional development, and support a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience at a life sciences consultancy, including project leadership and consultant-level responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and biotech industry dynamics and issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in the United States, with the role based in Chicago or another select U.S. location.

• Advanced degree in business, economics, life sciences, engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
