TL;DR
Design Lead (AI) (Branding/Visual Design): Translating creative direction into consistent visual concepts and brand experiences across static, digital, and print channels with an accent on bold typography, expressive design, and narrative-based storytelling. Focus on leading designers, managing creative workflows, reviewing deliverables, and developing campaign concepts with photography and AI-assisted visuals.

What you will do
- Translate and uphold the Creative Director’s vision across projects, channels, and brand touchpoints.
- Lead, mentor, and support the design team with clear creative direction.
- Manage creative workflows, deadlines, priorities, and project execution.
- Review and approve creative deliverables against brand standards and the established creative vision.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business objectives into compelling visual concepts.
- Support photo and video shoots with photographers, videographers, and external creative partners.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional design experience; agency experience is a plus.
- Experience designing for static, digital, and print formats.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating bold typography, expressive visual design, and emotionally driven storytelling.
- Experience with branding systems, campaign development, social media, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe products and advanced skills in Figma.
- Strong conceptual thinking, communication, time management, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI editing or AI-assisted creative tools.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
