Senior Brand Designer, Link

Location: Remote in the United States; regular work from home is expected, with office attendance available for meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events.

Salary: $159,300–$238,900 annual US base salary

What you will do

• Create, iterate, and refine visual design concepts, narratives, and creative work.
• Elevate a flexible brand system across digital, physical, and other surfaces.
• Develop high-quality visual systems with strong craft, clarity, consistency, and typography.
• Collaborate with designers, creative partners, external agencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide and receive feedback while raising the quality standards and creative culture of the team.
• Use AI tools to generate ideas, communicate concepts, and scale design work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant design and art direction experience for technical or product-driven companies.
• Experience creating high-quality visual design with strong typography and a hands-on approach to iteration.
• Track record of independently delivering work and influencing designers, contractors, and agencies.
• Experience applying and evolving a brand in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote, and Google Slides.
• Exceptional craft and demonstrated experimentation with AI tools for design.

• Excellent organization, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience helping other designers learn and grow and partnering across functions.
• Creative coding or creative technologist experience.
