Team Lead, Design (AI)

Location: Remote. Eastern time zone availability is preferred.

Annual base salary for employees located in Canada: CA$87,000–CA$116,000. Candidates outside the United States and Canada will have compensation reviewed during the interview process.

What you will do

• Establish and own creative direction across visual identity, design systems, and campaigns.
• Manage workload, assign tasks, and balance priorities and deadlines across a small design team.
• Collaborate on print and digital design projects.
• Build and maintain Figma libraries, reusable components, templates, and style guides.
• Lead, mentor, and coach designers while remaining hands-on in daily design work.
• Integrate AI tools into scalable and efficient design workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in creative direction or design leadership.
• Strong project management skills, including assigning, tracking, and prioritizing design work.
• Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and component libraries.
• Experience across both print and digital design.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into the design process.
• Ability to work effectively across time zones; Eastern time zone availability is preferred.
