What you will do

• Lead the FP&A month-end close and forecast reporting process.
• Communicate financial results to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
• Administer enterprise performance management and financial reporting applications.
• Create standardized and ad hoc financial statements to support decision-making.
• Analyze financial results, trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, corporate consolidation submissions, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics.
• 3–5+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a large corporation or retail organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Snowflake.
• Knowledge of Oracle and SAP ERP systems.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, business partnering, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Clear communication skills with financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Anaplan or CCH Tagetik.
• Experience with SQL and analytical programming tools such as Python or VBA.
• Experience leading initiatives or projects.
