Financial Reporting Support Analyst (IFRS)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in the office and 1 day remote. Applicants may work in or relocate to Charlotte, but relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do

• Prepare and submit monthly financial results and secondary disclosures to headquarters in accordance with IFRS and group accounting policies.
• Administer the MIF internal reporting tool and SAP accounting structure supporting monthly submissions.
• Analyze financial results across group segments and entities, and prepare quarterly reporting commentary for management and external auditors.
• Research IFRS requirements, assess the impact of new accounting standards, and document accounting positions and reporting implications.
• Prepare regulatory filings, support internal control testing and regulatory audits, and perform monthly close activities.
• Complete debt journal entries, intercompany confirmations, hedging activity, account analysis, reconciliations, and internal reporting.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in accounting, financial statement analysis, research, and general audit processes.
• Ability to work independently, plan and organize activities, identify efficiency and automation opportunities, and collaborate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence communicating with all levels of management.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong SAP knowledge.
