TL;DR
RCM Project Manager (Healthcare/Oncology): Coordinating revenue cycle management initiatives, implementations, integrations, and performance improvement projects with an accent on KPI analysis, workflow optimization, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on managing project plans and dependencies, identifying process inefficiencies, and improving financial and operational outcomes across oncology practices.

Location: United States; travel up to 50%; onsite role

What you will do

  • Coordinate RCM initiatives and support subject matter experts, practice services, and RCM delivery teams.
  • Use analytical tools to track key performance indicators, report results, and create action plans.
  • Collaborate with integration, practice optimization, technical, operational, and practice leadership teams.
  • Manage project plans, checklists, resources, deadlines, task dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Identify project risks, develop solutions, and support business analysis and due diligence.
  • Support software rollouts, practice integrations, tuck-ins, and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience.
  • Working knowledge of RCM, OncoEMR, and CPS/Unlimited Systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of project management methodology; PMP certification, project management courses, or prior project management experience is desired.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience in a community oncology setting.
  • Experience identifying process inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and driving operational excellence.
  • Experience managing customer relationships.
