TL;DR

Location: Hybrid position requiring onsite work 3 days per week at the Clearwater, FL headquarters

What you will do
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, reversals, classifications, and supporting schedules during month-end close.
- Research reconciling items and unusual variances, escalating questions when account activity does not align.
- Build knowledge of assigned accounts, their business drivers, and related responsibilities.
- Execute internal control procedures and maintain clean, review-ready workpapers.
- Prepare audit schedules and respond to internal and external audit requests.
- Support ad hoc accounting requests and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an associate's degree with additional relevant experience.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience; internships count.
- Basic knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to ask questions and learn.
- Comfort with modern productivity and AI tools.
- Ability to work onsite at the Clearwater, FL headquarters 3 days per week.
