Associate, Value, Access & Pricing (VAP)

Location: New York - Wall Street, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Base salary: $92,500 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Support project teams with internal and client-facing meetings, engagement materials, progress updates, and documentation.
• Conduct secondary research on diseases, treatments, pricing, market access, and health technology assessment outcomes.
• Prepare primary research materials, including screening documents, discussion guides, quantitative surveys, and research stimuli.
• Coordinate and conduct market research with healthcare decision-makers, including payers and physicians.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and translate findings into client insights and recommendations.
• Develop presentations and other deliverables in collaboration with project teams.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required. Sponsorship is not available for TN, H1-B, F-1, STEM OPT, or other visas.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in consulting or relevant life sciences industry work.
• Interest in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint, plus an interest in developing quantitative and analytical skills.
