Associate, Rotational Program (NYC) (Life Sciences)

Location: New York - Wall Street, United States. Onsite role. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship.

Starting salary: $92,500 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Conduct secondary research using healthcare databases such as EvaluatePharma, RedBook, and Cortellis.
• Analyze drug pricing, clinical pipelines, marketplace dynamics, and related life sciences data.
• Design, develop, and use analytical tools, including forecast models, to support client decisions.
• Coordinate and conduct primary market research with physicians, patients, payers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Interpret and synthesize clinical, scientific, and business research, then present findings to project teams and clients.
• Develop presentations and other client deliverables while adapting to different project types and team dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in consulting or a relevant life sciences industry role.
• Demonstrated interest in developing quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required; sponsorship for TN, H-1B, F-1, STEM OPT, and other visas is unavailable.
