Location: US-based remote position; remote or hybrid depending on location. Regular customer, partner, industry, and EarthDaily meetings and travel are required, including periodic international travel. Typical hours are 9:00am–5:30pm Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work.
Base salary: $215,000–$240,000 USD annually.

What you will do
- Own product strategy, roadmap, investment priorities, and portfolio performance for defense and intelligence offerings.
- Conduct discovery with government users, mission owners, acquisition stakeholders, customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Translate mission problems and operational workflows into product requirements, priorities, outcomes, and success measures.
- Build scalable, reusable products and configurable workflows from common customer and mission requirements.
- Lead pricing, packaging, licensing, positioning, commercialization, and product proof points with Federal, Growth, Business Development, and Sales teams.
- Define product metrics and communicate strategy, investment choices, risks, and performance to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management, product strategy, or related product leadership experience, including meaningful experience at Senior Product Manager, Group Product Manager, Principal, or Director level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, Business, or a related field.
- Experience taking data-intensive, analytics, geospatial, ISR, AI/ML, or workflow products from discovery through commercialization and adoption.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Government defense and intelligence mission environments, user workflows, and government buying behavior.
- Experience with customer discovery, problem validation, concept testing, product requirements, pricing, packaging, positioning, and revenue-oriented product decisions.
- Active Secret clearance is preferred; familiarity with U.S. Government defense and intelligence organizations and acquisition pathways is preferred.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with GEOINT, remote sensing, commercial electro-optical imagery, spectral data, SAR, or multisource geospatial analytics.
- Experience with U.S. Government intelligence and defense agencies, military organizations, or federal service.
- Experience leading non-U.S. defense products in Canada, Europe, Australia, or other countries.
- MBA or another advanced degree.
- Experience with product-led capture, market shaping, or customer advocacy for emerging commercial capabilities.
