Director, Product Management, Platform Trust (AI)

Location: Remote candidates based in the United States and Canada; Portland, OR, USA is listed as the role location. The role may require in-person onboarding and/or in-person identity verification.

Base salary for U.S.-based roles: $179,000–$320,650 annually, with potential bonuses, stock grants, commissions for sales roles, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the long-term product vision and strategy for Trust and Trusted AI capabilities across hirify.global’s platform ecosystem.
• Partner with platform product managers and engineering leaders to prioritize reusable, customer-facing trust capabilities.
• Develop product strategies and business cases using customer research, market trends, competitive analysis, technology innovation, and regulatory requirements.
• Align Product, Engineering, Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, and executive leadership on trust priorities and roadmap investments.
• Evaluate security, privacy, resilience, and AI developments to identify strategic opportunities and emerging customer needs.
• Represent hirify.global’s Trust strategy with enterprise customers, strategic partners, and industry forums.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management or platform product management experience, including platform strategy across multiple products.
• Experience influencing product strategy in large, matrixed organizations without direct ownership of engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise expectations around security, privacy, resilience, and AI trust.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and align technical and business organizations.
• Experience developing data-informed product strategies, defining success metrics, and measuring product outcomes.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, analytical, strategic thinking, and executive presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building enterprise SaaS or cloud platform products.
• Knowledge of modern security architectures, cloud infrastructure, identity systems, privacy engineering, or AI governance frameworks.
• Experience with AI/ML platform capabilities and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, GDPR, CCPA, or similar standards.
• MBA or technical degree, or experience with platform adoption, developer experience, or shared services organizations.
