Senior Director, Product, Platform Intelligence (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid with 2–3 days per week in the office at 44 Montgomery Street. Candidates must be based in the San Francisco metro area or able to relocate independently within 90 days of starting. Occasional travel for team off-sites is required.

Salary: $245,000–$333,000 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and business impact for seven teams across the Platform and Intelligence pillars.
• Lead and develop Product Managers across both pillars, setting standards for strategic thinking, solution definition, and cross-functional influence.
• Establish a unified prioritization framework across reliable transactional systems and rapidly evolving AI and data capabilities.
• Identify platform and infrastructure investments that use hirify.global’s data assets to create durable competitive advantages.
• Align engineering, clinical, legal, compliance, and product executives on complex platform priorities, tradeoffs, and investment decisions.
• Improve platform reliability, AI/ML and data platform adoption, feature delivery speed, personalization, and architectural flexibility.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years leading and developing Product Managers, PM managers, or directors across multiple teams or pods.
• Experience building and scaling platform and infrastructure products, with a strong focus on data and AI/ML platforms.
• Ability to create unified roadmaps and prioritization frameworks across operational systems and emerging capabilities.
• Strong executive stakeholder management across engineering, clinical, legal, and compliance functions.
• Exceptional communication skills, including translating complex technical systems, tradeoffs, and solutions for non-technical audiences.
