PLM Lead (Teamcenter PLM)

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between IT development teams and business units for new systems, enhancements, and application evaluations.
• Design, build, test, and integrate the Idea to Product value stream using Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
• Define Teamcenter functional requirements, configurations, solution designs, product hierarchies, and product master data structures.
• Develop functional specifications, data conversion plans, and integration specifications for the Idea to Product value stream.
• Lead functional delivery through requirements management, solution validation, UAT support, and alignment with enterprise PLM strategy.
• Define governance standards, improve Teamcenter workflows, and perform proof-of-concept implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
• Five years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in PLM, business engineering, or analyst roles.
• Five years of experience designing and implementing Teamcenter functional PLM business processes and managing Siemens Teamcenter implementations.
• Experience with Teamcenter product architecture, integration frameworks, product master data, product change management, and PLM technical strategies.
• Experience with data migration, mapping, and validation from legacy applications, plus Teamcenter integrations with SAP ERP, CRM, and MES systems.
• Experience with Teamcenter 2-tier, 4-tier, Web, Active Workspace, and multi-site architectures, as well as ITK tool development with C/C++.
