IT Systems Analyst, Engineering Support (Advanced Packaging)

Salary: $100,000–$137,500 per year

What you will do

• Partner with a functional subgroup, business unit, country, or site to support IT infrastructure services.
• Provide infrastructure support for GIS customers while following service management processes and service-level agreements.
• Analyze, schedule, and execute infrastructure patching, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance.
• Implement complex changes according to standard operating procedures and change management policies.
• Perform root cause analysis for outages and incident trends and recommend preventive actions.
• Handle escalations related to infrastructure incidents and outages.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant IT discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of best practices and how the functional area integrates with other areas.
• Ability to solve complex problems using multiple sources of information and sound judgment.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Experience or knowledge related to SolidWorks PDM Vault Administration and Teamcenter Support.
• Full-time work in Billerica, Massachusetts; relocation eligibility is not available.
