Promotions Manager, Power Packs

Salary: $90,356–$118,525 per year, with potential bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Plan, develop, and execute weekly, monthly, and seasonal promotional campaigns across digital and eCommerce platforms.
• Own the full-year promotional roadmap and align campaigns with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
• Use customer segmentation to design targeted offers and evaluate incremental results.
• Track incentive costs, GMV, contribution margin, customer uptake, and return purchase rate.
• Design A/B tests and analyze post-campaign performance to improve future promotions.
• Build repeatable promotional frameworks that support operational scale.

Requirements

• Must be based in California, United States for the remote role.
• 3–5 years of digital marketing or CRM experience.
• Strong project management, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience interpreting performance, conversion, and return-on-investment data.
• Ability to drive strategy and end-to-end program execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with content management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Iterable or Braze.
• Experience with incentive or loyalty platforms such as Talon.One.
• Experience in the trading card or collectibles space.
