What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, agents, and workflow automations.
• Partner with attorneys and business teams to identify use cases, define requirements, and deliver practical solutions.
• Lead AI projects from rapid prototyping through production deployment and continuous improvement.
• Integrate AI capabilities with internal systems, knowledge repositories, APIs, data sources, and business applications.
• Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, tools, and platforms for practical enterprise use.
• Establish reusable patterns and engineering practices for agent development, evaluation, deployment, and operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and deploying business applications.
• Experience with modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience integrating APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems.
• Experience building AI-powered applications using large language models and modern AI platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work in Silicon Valley, United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agent architectures, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, or workflow automation platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience evaluating and improving application performance, reliability, and quality.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
