Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America. Relocation available. Travel: 25%.

Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for US candidates.

What you will do

• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain full-stack software across frontend applications, backend services, cloud workflows, local components, and connected devices.
• Integrate, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLM, computer vision, speech, audio, and multimodal models in production.
• Build agentic and retrieval-augmented workflows with task planning, tool calling, memory, context management, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Develop audio-video capabilities such as meeting understanding, video summarization, speaker attribution, and cross-modal search.
• Implement model guardrails, evaluation harnesses, observability, failure handling, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and reliability metrics.
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD, packaging, code signing, release readiness, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, machine learning, mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–8 years of full-stack software development experience across frontend, backend, and application-level development.
• Production experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying machine learning models.
• Strong Python skills and experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, plus one or more backend languages including C++, Rust, Python, C#, Node, or Go.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime, Hugging Face Transformers, model inference, fine-tuning, evaluation, and model optimization.
• Experience with cloud and edge deployment, containerized inference, GPU/NPU acceleration, Windows applications, APIs, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and software troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tauri, WebView, WebRTC, PowerShell, COM, native Windows development, Microsoft Graph, Azure, Intune, or enterprise device management.
• Experience building real-time audio pipelines, telemetry and diagnostics frameworks, authentication and SSO integrations, or MLOps systems.
• Experience with RAG, function and tool calling, prompt and context optimization, local inference, computer vision, speech synthesis, audio enhancement, or noise suppression.
