Project Manager 2 (Packaging Production)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates residing in AK, DC, DE, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, UT, VT, WY, or WV are excluded.

Salary: $43,000–$53,000 USD annually, adjusted according to work location, experience, skills, and education.

What you will do

• Coordinate packaging production for a limited number of key accounts from execution through completion.
• Consult with clients and on-site personnel during artwork development and pre-press execution.
• Coordinate communication among clients, design firms, printers, engravers, sales, and production teams.
• Review supplied technical data, artwork instructions, deliverables, and rework requirements.
• Manage project timelines, order entry, artwork tracking, and communication of received and shipped materials.
• Document quality-critical information, escalate issues to management, and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in the design, print, or production art industry.
• Previous experience as a customer service representative in the print industry.
• Proofreading skills and full comprehension of work instructions and business memos.
• Ability to work independently after initial training and adapt plans when colleagues are absent.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or some college preferred.
• Must be located in an eligible U.S. state for this remote role.
