Manager, CRM Marketing (Daily Fantasy Sports)

Location: Remote within the United States; Atlanta, Georgia preferred. Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead a CRM strategy team of two and plan, create, and implement complex lifecycle campaigns.
• Develop customer journeys, touchpoints, channel mix, and communication cadence to improve engagement, retention, and loyalty.
• Own customer segmentation, campaign performance evaluation, and audience strategy in partnership with Analytics.
• Coordinate cross-channel personalization and consistent messaging across email, in-app, and push channels.
• Oversee A/B testing, experimentation roadmaps, CRM calendars, and recurring campaign schedules.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams while mentoring CRM team members and providing optimization recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in customer success, email, lifecycle, or CRM marketing.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Moveable Ink, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of email, in-app, and push marketing best practices, including copywriting.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and metrics and turn findings into actionable improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in the daily fantasy sports or gaming industry.
