Development Engineer II (SQL/React/JavaScript)

hirify.global is hiring a development engineer for its TRC IT HUB.

What you will do

• Design, code, debug, test, and maintain software applications and automation solutions.
• Deliver medium-to-high complexity development tasks and contribute to project planning and timely delivery.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and customers, translate them into technical specifications, and demonstrate completed work.
• Perform unit and integration testing, troubleshoot defects, and participate in peer code reviews.
• Write technical documentation and improve development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Implement data protection and software security measures while supporting compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, a quantitative or engineering field, or relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant or practical experience.
• Programming experience with SQL, React, JavaScript, Python, and Node.
• Knowledge of data engineering and Git version control.
• Technical writing, diagramming, and technical, business, or data analysis skills.
• Communication, problem-solving, initiative, adaptability, critical thinking, and time-management skills.
