Partner 16, Compliance Analyst

Location: Hybrid role requiring in-office presence two days a week in Menlo Park or San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $134,000–$156,000 per year, plus eligibility for carry, discretionary bonuses, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own regulatory requirements supporting the firm's core compliance program.
• Administer the Code of Ethics, including pre-clearance of personal trades.
• Design and deliver regular and firm-wide compliance training.
• Complete regulatory filings, support the annual compliance review, and maintain the compliance manual.
• Analyze potential material non-public information and monitor restricted lists and information barriers.
• Identify, document, escalate, and help resolve compliance issues while overseeing external compliance consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a graduate degree, JD, or CFA is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or technology project management.
• Extensive experience with regulatory compliance for registered investment advisers.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of control environments, escalation procedures, and risk-related issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.
