Senior Manager - Front Office, Solutions Engineering (Fintech)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work with two days per week in the SimCorp office

Salary: $200,000–$270,000 USD annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Lead the Americas Front Office Solutions Engineering team supporting buy-side clients.
• Allocate technical presales resources across business growth opportunities.
• Guide sales teams through opportunity qualification, deal reviews, and solution strategy.
• Develop presales tools, processes, methodologies, intelligence, and efficiency improvements.
• Build team capabilities, career paths, engagement, and a strong organizational culture.
• Coordinate with global product and subject-matter teams to share market feedback and support complex deals.

Requirements

• 15+ years of investment management experience in the financial services industry.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of buy-side technology, industry trends, and the front-to-back trade lifecycle.
• Experience with front-office buy-side technology and trading tools, including EMS, OMS, PMS, compliance, performance, and risk systems.
• Knowledge of fixed income, equities, derivatives, public and private markets, and complex financial instruments.
• Excellent written and oral presentation, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills; willingness to travel as required.
