TL;DR

Implementation Support Specialist (Filevine): Building and customizing Filevine project templates, reports, document templates, and integrations for client implementations with an accent on template solutions, field mapping, and task-flow configuration. Focus on performing real-time customization, understanding unfamiliar systems, and completing accurate implementation tasks across multiple client projects.

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico; workplace: on-site, with flexibility to work from home or in the office.

What you will do

Support multiple Implementation Specialists with client implementations of Filevine.
Perform Filevine customization in real time during client meetings when needed.
Build and customize project templates, including section layouts, task flows, and deadline chains.
Build reports and convert document-generation templates into Filevine-compatible templates.
Build and customize related platforms such as Lead Docket and Outlaw.
Complete assigned implementation tasks accurately and within established deadlines.

Requirements

Understand English-language task direction without formal documentation.
Good written and spoken English communication skills are required.
Quickly understand unfamiliar systems and draw parallels to Filevine.
Experience with software implementation and software integrations.
Complete tasks quickly and accurately while communicating status collaboratively.

Nice to have

Experience using Filevine.
Experience using Work Relay.
Experience with Merge Fields.
Administrative experience in a law firm or legal department.
