Analyst I (Healthcare IT)

What you will do

• Respond to clinical and business application support requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
• Maintain accurate and relevant application and team documentation.
• Build relationships with software vendors to support effective issue resolution.
• Assist with application upgrades, security patches, implementations, decommissioning, and data archiving.
• Participate in analyst-led projects, including scheduling meetings and documenting meeting minutes.
• Learn clinically integrated hospital and physician office workflows and provide informed application support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant education and 6+ years of industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT or an equivalent application analyst position.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Applications certifications or preliminary experience in healthcare IT.
