Web Manager (SaaS)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States

Base salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the strategic roadmap, daily intake, prioritization, and execution of website updates.
• Manage engineering requests, bug fixes, and cross-functional campaigns using Jira and Asana.
• Monitor technical and engagement metrics, site availability, Core Web Vitals, traffic, and usability across desktop and mobile.
• Lead web platform modernization, enterprise CMS evaluation, accessibility compliance, and secure scalable infrastructure.
• Drive technical SEO, site architecture, organic growth, CRO testing, A/B experiments, and personalized buyer experiences.
• Build a scalable international site structure covering localization, translation workflows, regional compliance, and CMS operations.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience managing B2B technology or SaaS websites with a product management mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading a major enterprise web platform upgrade or migration from start to finish.
• Daily operational proficiency with Jira and/or Asana.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Contentful, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, or comparable headless platforms, plus HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and scalable architecture.
• Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Core Web Vitals, SEO tools, and data-driven problem-solving.
