Senior Associate, Customer Success (ESG & Sustainable Investment)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work with four days in-office each week

Base salary: EUR 63,000–92,333 per year; 12.5% annual bonus target

What you will do

• Manage and retain a portfolio of leading financial institutions across the BeNeLux region.
• Develop account plans, drive product adoption, and demonstrate client value realization.
• Identify churn risks and partner with Sales on account expansion opportunities.
• Deliver client training, onboarding, strategic reviews, and ongoing service.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across investment, ESG, research, product, and risk functions.
• Coordinate data delivery, issue resolution, change management, and communication between clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Dutch fluency required.
• English fluency required.
• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, Consulting, or a related client-facing role.
• Proven ability to retain and grow client relationships.
• Strong presentation, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple internal teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with institutional investors, investment research, market data, financial technology, ESG research, or sustainability-related solutions.
