TL;DR
Senior AI Platform Engineer (AI): Developing and operating production-ready enterprise AI capabilities, RAG applications, agent-based workflows, integrations, and automation solutions with an accent on observability, monitoring, and enterprise system integration. Focus on building AI workflows, designing Blue Prism and UiPath automation, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing long-term solutions.
Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States; hybrid/onsite three days per week

What you will do
- Design, build, deploy, and operate production-ready enterprise AI solutions with the Lead AI Platform Engineer.
- Build and evolve RAG applications, agent-based workflows, and AI-enabled automation solutions.
- Implement AI observability, tracing, monitoring, evaluation, and production operations capabilities.
- Integrate AI and automation solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, document repositories, and file-based systems.
- Develop automation solutions using Blue Prism, UiPath, and ABBYY OCR.
- Analyze business processes, identify risks and exceptions, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term solutions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience developing and supporting software solutions in production environments.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Working knowledge of C#, Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of testing, quality assurance, and release management practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Blue Prism, UiPath, ABBYY OCR, intelligent document processing, or AI-enabled automation.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, Databricks, or other cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience building AI workflows with tools, APIs, MCP servers, and external systems.
- Understanding of agent architecture patterns, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation techniques.
