Software Engineer 4 - Contingent (AI)

What you will do

• Consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning requirements.
• Analyze and resolve multifaceted, large-scale, and long-term engineering challenges.
• Implement generative AI solutions to automate corporate customer requests and operational processes.
• Develop and deploy AI agents and retrieval-augmented generation solutions.
• Build and maintain workflow automation platforms using Python, LangGraph, and other AI development frameworks.
• Design Document AI and intelligent document processing solutions with OCR, PDF parsing, data extraction, and API integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation.
• 3+ years of hands-on Python and AI development framework experience, including LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, and agent-based architectures.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Document AI or intelligent document processing solutions.
• Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and workflow automation platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical decisions with concrete examples.
