TL;DR
Software Engineer (AdTech): Designing and building high-scale applications, infrastructure, backbone services, and user interfaces for an omnichannel advertising platform with an accent on heavy-usage architectures, performance, and business workflows. Focus on developing solutions for billions of daily transactions, deploying continuously to production, improving application reliability, and guiding developers across multiple teams.
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina; hybrid and flexible working model with offices in Parque Chas.

What you will do
- Design and implement major application architecture components, including infrastructure, backbone services, and user interfaces.
- Develop modules for a high-end product processing billions of transactions per day.
- Design, build, test, and deploy solutions for diverse systems and business workflows.
- Maintain the reliability and well-being of applications in production through continuous development and deployment.
- Define and prioritize development standards with R&D managers and oversee application software design.
- Provide technical training and support to R&D developers across multiple teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of backend software development experience in highly dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or another backend language, with relevant frameworks and technologies.
- Advanced English across speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
- Completed or final-year B.Sc. in computer science or a related discipline.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and managing SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, or similar frontend technologies.
