Base pay range for Washington applicants: $91,852.00–$128,592.45 annually; other site ranges may differ.

What you will do
- Coordinate permit and plan activity across facilities engineering and construction projects.
- Collect, review, and submit applications, supporting documents, approvals, and status updates.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and Authorities Having Jurisdiction throughout the permit lifecycle.
- Maintain permit schedules, tracking dashboards, reports, and audit-ready files.
- Coordinate inspections, resolve outstanding conditions, and obtain Certificates of Occupancy for project closeout.
- Identify schedule and budget risks, report permit health to stakeholders, and support process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in construction permitting, project coordination, or project controls.
- Strong knowledge of construction permitting processes, building codes, and AHJ interactions.
- Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent permits and projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, SharePoint, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including direct interaction with regulatory agencies and leadership.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, refugee, or asylee under export control requirements.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with industrial, aerospace, or manufacturing facility construction permits.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification.
- Experience with environmental or fire/life safety permitting.
- Experience mentoring junior coordinators or improving permit tracking processes.
