Co-Op, Development Resource Management (Biotech)

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States. Full-time co-op from January 18, 2027 through June 25, 2027; availability for the entire program is required. Candidates must already have U.S. work authorization and maintain it without future sponsorship. Due to export-control requirements, only U.S. persons are eligible.

Salary: $20.00–$60.00 per hour. Additional discretionary bonus, incentive compensation, or equity may be available subject to eligibility and performance.

What you will do

• Support execution and adoption of resource management across the Development portfolio.
• Coordinate technical, business, and operational activities with the Resource Management Lead and cross-functional partners.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentation materials for resource planning discussions with Development leaders.
• Gather business requirements, document decisions, coordinate follow-up actions, and support closed-loop planning.
• Validate data, perform quality checks, and help improve resource forecast model outputs.
• Support digital solution testing and deployment, including UAT, defect tracking, business validation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, or presentations.
• Existing U.S. work authorization is required; future immigration sponsorship is not available.
• Only U.S. persons eligible under U.S. export-control requirements may apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent academic achievement.
• Exposure to Python for data analysis or automation.
• Interest in biopharmaceutical development, resource planning, business operations, and digital solutions.
