What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of large, sensitive, and complex high-net-worth personal trust and individual investment accounts.
• Develop and execute investment programs aligned with individual client objectives, revising strategies as needs change.
• Generate new business, achieve sales targets, support referrals, and expand relationships with key centers of influence.
• Coordinate portfolio activity with clients, co-trustees, consultants, attorneys, legal partners, sales, and relationship management teams.
• Apply investment methodologies, research, analytical tools, risk management practices, and national investment guidelines.
• Lead others in solving complex problems and participate in committees, initiatives, training, publications, and special projects.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of investment experience, potentially including investment research and demonstrated long-term performance.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio management theory, accounting, financial principles, investment strategies, instruments, and marketplaces.
• Decision-making, sales, negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Specialized expertise in investment management and the ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
