Finance Manager, Supply Chain Operations

Location: Hybrid role based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Candidates must be based in Ontario and legally authorized to work full-time in Canada.

Salary: CAD 100,000–140,000 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with Supply Chain and Finance leadership on COGS, logistics costs, inventory, and operational performance.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including transfer pricing updates and purchase price variance analysis.
• Lead forecasting, annual budgeting, cash conversion forecasting, and supply chain cost management.
• Oversee inventory controls, reserves, write-downs, and working capital optimization.
• Support network optimization, capital investments, cost-saving programs, vendor tenders, and process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop two finance professionals while maintaining strong financial controls and governance.

Requirements

• CPA, MBA, or equivalent finance designation.
• At least five years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, preferably in a North American supply chain environment.
• At least five years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, accounting principles, and supply chain finance.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, problem-solving, leadership, and coaching skills.
• Legal authorization to work full-time in Canada and residence in Ontario are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, and AI-enabled analytical tools.
• Previous people leadership or management experience.
