Location: Miami Lakes, FL, United States; onsite

Salary: Up to $19.00 per hour, with possible overtime, shift differential, call-in, and standby pay.

What you will do

• Handle shipping and receiving of materials, supplies, equipment, printed products, and finished goods.
• Check shipments against bills of lading, packing slips, shipping documents, and customer authorizations.
• Pack products, prepare bills of lading, record weights and shipping charges, and maintain receiving and shipping documentation.
• Unload trucks, stage materials, load outbound trucks, and operate forklifts, pallet handlers, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, customer service, production, and management to meet delivery, quality, safety, and cost requirements.
• Report issues, support training and process-improvement initiatives, and drive a delivery van locally when required.

Requirements

• English and Spanish speaking ability required.
• At least three years of administrative or operational support experience in shipping or manufacturing operations.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of materials tracking, storage and retrieval, inventory control, reporting systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial vehicles required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds frequently, and more than 50 pounds occasionally; strong communication, organization, and basic mathematical skills required.
