Shipping / Materials Coordinator

Location: US - Fremont, CA; onsite materials-handling work

Base salary: $23.93–$32.37 USD per hour, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Process and coordinate domestic and international shipments using Oracle Cloud.
• Perform shipping, receiving, storage, distribution, packaging, and material-handling activities.
• Receive goods, verify them against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records, and reject unsuitable items.
• Stock and distribute materials to inventory and manufacturing lines, ensuring accurate and damage-free internal shipments and kitting.
• Conduct daily cycle counts, maintain accurate logs, and support inventory control.
• Inspect materials for defects or damage, support quality alerts and corrective actions, and maintain a safe, clean work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of material-handling experience in a warehouse setting.
• Basic math and PC skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift or move 5–45 lbs. and use material-handling equipment such as a pallet jack.
• Ability to work with shipping records, inventory documentation, and physical materials in an onsite environment.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of experience processing shipments in an ERP system.
• At least 2 years of Oracle experience.
• Experience operating a forklift.
