Branch Manager (Retail Banking)

Location: Concord, New Hampshire, United States. Full-time branch-based role with a 40-hour workweek; schedule varies with branch needs and may include evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Lead branch performance, sales growth, and customer and colleague experience.
• Coach and develop colleagues to achieve individual and branch-wide sales goals.
• Build a customer-centric culture through strong operational practices and collaborative leadership.
• Promote mobile and online banking solutions in a digital-first customer environment.
• Manage branch execution, financial objectives, sales activities, and profit and loss outcomes.
• Build relationships with local community and civic organizations to attract and retain customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach teams, drive sales excellence, deliver customer service, and maintain operational integrity in a high-volume branch.
• Four years of sales management experience in retail or branch banking.
• Proven success managing sales goals, deadlines, and branch objectives in a profit and loss environment.
• Strong customer service results and partnerships with community and civic organizations.
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements, including background checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Retail banking experience.
