Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Location: Miami, FL, USA; onsite warehouse position with physical duties, including standing, walking, handling materials, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Salary: USD 24–26 per hour

What you will do

• Manage site inventory processes and systems to maintain accurate customer inventory records and proper inventory control.
• Plan and coordinate cycle counts and general inventory counts, consolidate results, and reconcile balances with customers.
• Investigate, document, and correct inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, and differences against contractual requirements.
• Coordinate inventory movements, transactions, daily closings, and related monetary controls.
• Work with vendors, issue purchase orders, ensure order accuracy, and provide customer support.
• Handle additional responsibilities assigned by the Site Manager.

Requirements

• 3+ years of inventory control experience in a high-volume 3PL warehouse environment within the logistics industry.
• Required experience with SAP, TMS, and WMS systems.
• High school GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook, especially Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices, freight processes, vendor management, and inventory tracking; leadership or supervisory experience is beneficial.
